With all Brett Favre's accomplished throughout his career, you would think announcing his own retirement would seem a big deal. You know, maybe something like a press conference. But a voicemail on ESPN's Chris Mortensen's cell phone! Why would he contact Mortensen, wait he didn't even get a hold of him. He left his retirement statement on his freakin voicemail! And it was a pretty long message. I mean, you would think most people's voicemail could maybe hold a message 2 or 3 minutes long, but this message continued on and on. What if Favre's retirement speech was cut off? And why didn't Mortensen answer the call in first place?
