Hawks's Defense Cools Heat
Atlanta jumped up 21 points late in the second quarter and it appeared Miami was in for a long night. However a superb first half was wasted by the Hawks as Miami had back to back 4 point plays by James Jones to cut the deficit to 46-42 at halftime. Jones scored 8 points in a span of 11 seconds.
In the second half, the Hawks were able to keep their composure and used stifling defense allowing the Heat only 29 total second half points. Atlanta had 6 players in double figures as they won 81-71 on the road to even the series at 2-2.
Zaza Pachulia was huge of Atlanta's bench with 12 points and 18 rebounds. Atlanta's bench outscored the Heat's 25-2.
Dwyane Wade managed just 22 points and Miami shot just 37.7% from the field and 4-16 from downtown.
