Most of the world had the Lakers beating the Celtics in the Finals. After two dominating performances by Boston and the officials, the Lakers find themselves in big trouble down 0-2.
The good news for LA is they get three in a row at Staples Center where they haven't lost in the playoffs and have won 14 in a row there overall.
Going into Game 3, the Lakers are favored by 9 1/2!
I'm always checking the daily line for just about every sport. This one caught my attention because:
1. In the first two games at Boston, the Celtics were never favored by more than 3 1/2.
2. Boston looked so much better than the Lakers in Games 1 and 2.
As always, maybe Vegas knows something or maybe it's because this playoff season has favored the home teams like never before.
